 Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect the time of both our clients and therapist, the following cancellation policy applies:

• A credit card on file is required for all bookings to ensure appointment security and policy compliance.
• 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.  (prepaid tips will be refunded)
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. (prepaid tips will not be refunded for no shows)
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting the next client, and the full service fee will still apply.
• An appointment may be rescheduled up to 3 times.  If the 3rd reschedule is canceled, future bookings may not be allowed at our discretion.
   

We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion for true emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. 

 Appointments are reserved for the individual who books them; however, transfers are allowed and encouraged if you can not keep your appointment.

• Prior notice is strongly recommended when requesting to transfer an appointment to another person. 
• The individual attending the appointment must complete all required intake forms prior to the session. 
•  The original booking client remains financially responsible for the appointment if the new individual does not attend, cancels, or fails to submit payment. 
• Transfers with no notice may not be always accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation. 
• Gift certificates may be transferred and used by the new recipient, subject to availability and all booking policies.
   

This policy helps ensure proper preparation, safety, and quality of care.

  Clients may book appointments on behalf of another individual.

• The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring the guest completes all required intake forms prior to the appointment. 
• The individual who books the appointment remains financially responsible if the guest does not attend, cancels late, or fails to submit payment. 
• Prior notice is strongly recommended when booking for someone else to allow proper preparation. 
• Appointments booked for another individual are subject to all cancellation, rescheduling, and transfer policies. 
• If the guest arrives late, the session may be shortened and the full service fee will still apply.
   

This policy ensures clear communication, preparedness, and respect for scheduled time.

   All sales are final.

• Services rendered are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed. 
• Missed appointments, late cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.  
• Packages, memberships, promotions, and discounted services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. 
• Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash but may be transferred. 
• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after a service has been completed; however, concerns should be communicated during the session so adjustments may be made at that time.
   

In the rare event of an error in billing or duplicate charges, corrections will be made promptly.
